hi, i purchased sony xperia T2 ultra dual on 16.092014 . i just purchased blindly , only because of the brand name 'sony'. now i realised that i have been cheated . the sound quality is too bad. and i cant able to hear clearly when i make a call nor receive a call. all the times the voice i could get is break.eventhough i have full signal strength.i can able to hear with my Rs 2000 samsung set. i wasted 25000 for the name of sony.i have frustrated a lot.anyone can help me? can i go to consumer court? or can be rectified? pls suggest me...
