Xperia SP - Screen won´t turn on after lock

Hi everyone,

I've heard this is a known issue. My new Xperia Sp, two weeks of the box, sometimes won't turn on after a screen lock. It's udpated to latest software and I tried to uninstall all other programs and let it reset to factory standard. This happens almost once a day, and the only thing that works is the button on the back.

Does anyone know if this is going to be taken care by any update or should I ask for my money back?

PD: The cellphone is great. This is the only thing that bothers me.

I believe this is just a glitch in the software update and would be surely taken care off in further updates as this device is yet to achieve it's full potentials
