Xperia Sp restarts all the time

  Hello all.

We bought a Xperia SP on November and it fails. It shut down and restart all the time. We sended it (with Guarantee) to repair. And they sended a New one (after twice) but it does the same. We replaced the SIM card but It continuos with same problem!!

  Here, in Spain, the Tech dept. says the guarantee comes from the shop, and the shop answers from the Manufacturer.

It's a FXXXing ShXXX.  Anyone knows what we can do?
