My Xperia S won't update the same apps regularly (weekly) Google Maps, Calendar, Facebook, Outlook etc
Sometimes it updates overnight sometimes not, but my memory is showing....

Most of the apps don't show the option of moving to Internal Storage, also want to get rid of most of the rubbish that came with the phone (a lot of Sony and Google stuff I've never used).
Any advice as to what is going on with my phone and also best way to rid me of unwanted/unused apps (that don't have the option of uninstalling).
