Xperia neo MT15i unable to download whatsapp

Hello to all. Who can help me understand what's happening?

I uninstalled the old version of Whatsapp to download the new.

Approximately 20% of the download, the phone tells me: Download failed due to an error (499).

Try clearing cache and data for the Play Store under Settings -> Apps and see if that helps. If not i recommend that you try on another connection (WiFi/mobile network) and see if you can download the app.

Cache are 0.00 B.

Try download from Internet other than Playstore, Make sure it was latest version..
