Xperia M4 Aqua. Not charging.

I just bought this Xperia M4 Aqua yesterday & the battery died so I plugged it in via the Sony cable that came with the phone & the charging light came on for about 30 seconds and went off. Now the light wont come on at all. It has been on the charger for a good 12 hours now and it wont ppwer on and not charging light. When I tried the reset with the power button & the volume up it vobrated the first time & the notification light blinked 3 times. Now it still won't power on but if I try to power it up the phone doesnt vibrate and the notification light just blinks 3 times.

have you tried connecting it to a pC? are you using the wallmount charger?

if the device is still not responding try to have it checked at your local service center Local support

I take 2hours 40minutes to full charge from 0% - 100%.
is normal..??

I just read article from phonearena they have test and say M4 Aqua take 1h 40min to fully.
Are they use different Sony charge..??

it could be that the phone it's off, or that they have it on airplane mode, if they have it on w/ a SIM card, it could have a great network coverage and NO other apps running, there are myriad reasons/variables.

so turn on airplane mode make Xperia M4 Aqua quick to charging like u say.
I don't know about that😀

Airplane mode will speed the charging process, if the phone it's off it will be even faster.
