Took out the battery, nothing. I tried connecting it to my laptop to do repair it, but it just won´t connect. I liked the phone until this happend, and I want it back quikly! Please help me somehow, I don´t have a warranty either.

You have to perform a software repair using PC companion. The process will erase all internal memory. You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.

Arachnia, also after all process which you will do which mentioned Alexdon, don't install untrust and illegal apps and games... You wrote:"...one morning, while playing, it just died completely...", it can be reason in the game or app, really sounds like you used apps maybe with virus, breaked app or game, illegal and ect... Don't trust every apps and illegal which are in internet, many games are free in Google Play, so better use trust product and supported with your phone... By the way it's just advice... i'm think you used one of it Slightly_smiling_Face How said Alexdon repair must fix all problems Slightly_smiling_Face

In this case, you need to stop by a sony service:

I took it to a chineese mobile service, they told me the motherboard is broken. How can it be? I didn´t do anything to it, and it´s almost brand new Expressionless_Face Also, they said it would cost 60 euro to fix it, it´s almost half the price of a new phone Slightly_frowning_Face

I am sorry, why don't you let sony take care as you say it is new and warranty should be active?

Because, if I wanted a warranty, I should have paid like 30 euro or so, and I didn´t because all the phones I had  untill now had no problem for a very long time. My last one lasted 4 years and it´s still good, so, ironically, I never thought I´m going to need it. Well, thank you very much for trying to help me, anyway. Slightly_smiling_Face
