Xperia M Not Switching on

Hello,

I installed sony theme 'Winter' for my Xperia M device, it got configured.

But as soon as I pressed Lock screen button, it got switched off.

And not getting started, just displaying processing colors which appear when device start process is initiated.

It's been happening for hours.

It's not getting detected by PC companion also, as the phone is not getting started at all.

Please help.

Will phoe connect to  PC Companion in this ondition?

Please guide me...

From your problem statement,you may need to perform a software repair via PC Companion.

The PC Companion don't need a connection with the phone at first.

You'll need to follow these procedures

Inform us after you did the software repair

Before repairing with pc Companion. Try to boot on safe mode.
