xperia m is not charging properly

I'm using xperia m.

Somtimes it is charging properly.

Sometimes the battery is running out fast or not charging though i put the charging

I suggest u to restart your mobile in safe mode and try recharging, if it recharges normally then an app might be causing it. But if it did not help then you should repair your software using sus.
