Xperia M cannot see Wifi channel 13

My home area have many wifi networks and I found that all my divices can see Wifi that set to channel 13 except My XperiaM I just bought yesterday.
I had test by changed my wifi network that set channel 13 down to channel 9 and found that my Xperia M now can see it.

Is there anyone face this problem before?
