Xperia L speaker problem

My phone speaker is not working properly, While ringing and speaking, it goes dumb most of the times. Please help me to solve this

I suggest that you download our application "Xperia Diagnostics". From this application you can test the device.

You can also try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if you experience the same bahaviour from here:

Otherwise, I suggest that you perform a software repair your unit via Update Service:

Download and install SUS at your PC, follow the instructions that appear.

i have a similar problem im not sure if its exactly bwhat your looking for but i turn up the volume for loud speakers and its full but its low .... really low that you can understand most of the voice but like the volume feels like ive put it up to 25% and not full.

so all you do is switch off phone and switch on works every time for me .

my xperia l speaker is very low when i'm in some litle loudy places i cant hear what they say im totaly depressed i think my old nokia is better then sony

This is a known software bug. The solution is to restart the phone. It happens after making a phone call.
Some of Sony's most expensive models have also had this problem but Sony fixed it with a firmware update.

I also have my speaker problem that it automatically goes low... Even at high volume.

I have contacted Sony Support (for the second time). I'm waiting for their response. I'll post it when I get it.
