as far as i know,

Xperia L are 8Gb,

2 are for system (don't know what use, perhaps other user can explain to you)

*2 are for main memory,

*4 are for internal memory,

you can only swap data from main mem to internal if the apps are applicabe/ allowed you to transfer to internal,

to transfer to SD card, you might need to root it, SD card in here are only for your data like photos, music, video or else.

I highly doubt that it will happen but it doesn't hurt to request this
