XPERIA L KEEPS RESTARTING AUTOMATICALLY

My Xperia L keeps restarting automatically on several occasions in an hour time.  please suggest a solution--Now, after removing and reinserting  the battery and SIM card, the problem appears to be solved.  However, it is to be observed over a period of time, whether this option works forever.

Do you experience the same behaviour if you boot your phone into safe mode?

Also,remove the SIM and see if the same occurs.
