Xperia go cant accept calls

Our phone wont accept calls. After sliding the "door" nothing happened. It works weith wiber but not normal calls. Its is fully software updated, and even reinstalled.

Any sugestions?

Its "only" ingoing calls

Try this please: Main Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Phone > Clear Data.
