Xperia E1: Also on every restart personalization resets
Everytime after restart the phon all shortcuts of apps, that are installed on SD-card are deleted. The information in the tag of the c-modell are not helpful.
This is why Google removed this feature as apps transferred to SD cease to work die to the new API's been geared towards Android L - Your only option as I see it is to transfer your apps back to internal storage or stop transferring them to SD
