Xperia E slow after unlock screen. May deep-sleep not wake up properly?

My current firmware : 11.3.A.2.33

After unlocking the screen, the phone is very slow response. I must wait or touch several times on the screen in about 15 seconds to make the phone fast response again. 

I did not install any "battery manager" apps. THis not happen when in charge. 

What happen to my phone. This slow made me angry in some circumstances. How do I can resolve this?

Are you using stamina mode?

Stamina mode and Low battery mode are OFF.

In safe mode, my phone is very smooth and fast response in use. I can see some apps and service: be disable. 

After unlocking the screen, the phone lags 0.5 or 1 second. (lag 0.5s or 1s is not problem with me)

In normal mode, after unlocking the screen, the phone lags 3 or 5 or 10 or 15 seconds.  It is completely random. Sometimes it doesn't happen. If I try to open an app during lagging, my phone may freeze.  I also try a repair but it still happens. 

Thinking about the lock sreen. I set Screen lock to None instead of Slide. In normal mode, the phone only lags 0.5 or 1s after screen turn on. That 's good.

I want to use Slide screen lock without lagging. Could you help me report to Sony Software Team to fix this?. Thank you.
