So my memory is getting too full, and it's really slowing my phone down, so I went to delete some text conversations. Problem is, my conversation with my boyfriend includes all the texts from the last 2 months... And as we're long-distance, that's a lot of texts!! When I go to delete the conversation, it says "deleting conversation" with the little spinning circle for a minute or so, but then the phone just resets itself and the conversation isn't deleted.
I assume it's like this because there's so much to delete all at once, because it's fine with my smaller conversations. I know I could go through and delete each text individually, but that'd take me AGES.
Any ideas?
try this
settings > apps > all > messaging > clear data (this will empty the app)
Try myphone explorer, see if it improves the deleting process.
