Just moved from an iPhone to a Sony device and the sound through headphones is so low as to be inaudible. I'm not using the uncomfortable headphones that came with it I have a pair of sennheisers but even at maximum the sound is so low it's inaudible. No I don't have any hearing problems this is a problem with the technology
