Xperia C3 headset input problem no music when plug in

I was pluging my headset (MH410c) and when I play the music it didn't play any music in my headset can somebody help pls send what you can help to my e-mail amd pls put the subject line sloved xperia c3 Headset

Could you try different headphones? 

Check if there's any dirt or something inside the connector

settings > apps > all > smartconnect > clear data > restart the phone

You can also repair the phone with PCC
