Wrong email for PlayMemories Online account

I recently got an experia M2 Aqua from Vodafone and I set my gmail up and thats all good.

I went on that sony playmemories thing in the Album and logged in and it logs me in with another gmail account.

Its still my gmail just not the one i use now.

First question.  

If Ive only ever used my wizard gmail on this phone how does it decide to use a different account?

Second

How do I change it so it changes to my regular gmail account?

Third

Why the **bleep** can't I sign out of google.

Now I'm paranoid that if I lose my phone and/or someone hacks into it they can get all my emails, my drive contents and delete everything if they chose to.

Settings > accounts > google > select the email > delete 

or if you want to keep multiple gmail accounts 

open the gmail app > swipe left to right > tap on the email > select a different account

Sorry mate. I think you misunderstand.

Its the album that is putting a different email address in instead of the one I want to use.

The email address that is being used for the album is not one i put on this phone.

The email address that appears in the album when it signs in is not in the list of emails that I use on this phone

make sense?

If it was I would have deleted it.

Now I'm really confused, Album? or Gmail app? if its the album app just go to settings > apps > all > album > clear data.

Now if you are trying to share a picture/video and you click on Gmail/Email > and you have a different email than your email, well that's quite odd and you should follow the steps above, the question is, is it the Gmail app, Email app or another Email app?

I'm not sure i understand either. When you open Album and select the option for signing on to PlayMemories Online you get to enter your sign-in ID (email address) if you already have a Sony Entertainment Account or you can select "Create account" and you get to manually enter what email address you want to register.
If you want to remove the account you entered/created you can do that from Settings -> Sony Entertainment Network -> [menu] -> Remove account and then sign in with or create another account with the email address you want to use.

I think I'm having the same problem and I really need some help.

I have a Sony tablet and a Sony phone. My tablet playmemories is saved with a Gmail account and my phone automatically saved my Hotmail account for playmemories. I tried to update the Hotmail account to my Gmail email address but it said 'that email already exists'. 

How do i merge both these accounts to one?
