Hello

I'm new to the forum and i tried to search for someone with my problem but I couldn’t find.

I bought recently my new sony and I’m having problem that is annoying me.

The problem is:

When I call to someone from my contact list, after they answer to my call, the number in the call log register is getting “WITHHELD NUMBER”

Does anyone have any ideas why???

I tried:

Hard reset, erase contact, add again number (manually and with pc companium) and nothing change, i even change the sim card with new one.

The strange thing is that If someone call me and I answer the phone his number is shown in call log register as normal. With his name and so on …

You might want to contact your carrier/network regarding this issue.

I did it already they don't know where could be the problem

boot on safe mode and report back

I boot in safe mode and it is the same.

The strange thing is that on some number is ok. On other is showing Withheld number,

And I cannot see the difference between the numbers.

I've got exactly the same problem here. Numbers shows withheld randomly, when I call someone. Should we contact Sony customer support?
