Will Z get Android 4.3 and camera app from Z1?

hello !!! . i just want to know whether the sony Xperia Z will get the Honami camera app in the android 4.3 Update.

There's no info on this, the only thing we know is that the Z family will get 4.3, no details if it will include anything else.
