I loved my little phone before but now it is just being annoying! It is running hot, vibrating for no reason and running so slowly and crashing all of the time I might as well not have bothered and it definitely can't manage 2 things at once! I had a pop up the other day to tell me that the Processing Systems had quit (surely that isn't good!) and iI had the option of okay or report...
I am on build number 12.1.A.1.205 and android version 4.3... I keep checking for software updates but apparently I'm all up to date. I'm not sure what to do, but it can't carry on like this.
I noticed someone mentioned on another post about location informatiion, so I have turned off all location services but I couldn't find the exact files path that was suggested.
Can anyone help me sort this please?
