Where is my free content?

I bought a z compact pre-order from carphone wharehouse. There were 2 offers with the phone. The first was a rebate which took a bit of tracking down on the sony site. The second was 5 films + Elysium via the privilege app. CWH say contact sony, sony say nothing to do with us and the privilege app remains empty. Any other frusted CWH customers got an answer to this? The offer had to be redeemed by the end of Feb!

Same problem for me, as reported in another thread. Sony online chat had no answers. I've repeatedly tweeted Sony Xperia about it
it...they seem to respond to all tweets but mine!

clearly the issue is with Sony, but if Carphone Warehouse are advertising it, surely they have a responsibility to ensure its provided?

I've had the same problem. Just got a z1 from Three saying 5 free films, but can' the find them, and the privilege app where they might have been does not appear on playstore
