I have a frustration with your support. My Xperia Z1 stop working , when i sent it to the repair centre I received a message saying it was not repairable because of liquid damage. So my Waterproof phone was damaged by water ? I do understand there is stipulations to meet in order for it to be water proof , and I assured the tech support agent i meet those requirements when i fell in the water. In fact it was a over a month later that my phone stopped working. The 1st line tech agent eventually escalated my issue to a supervisor who was supposed to call me within 48 business hours. After 72 hours , he did not call me back , so i called back support , who escalated my issue again to the same supervisor. Its been over 24 business hours and still no call. Im confused how my waterproof is water damaged and im disappointed in the level of support/customer service i have received
