sir i have to complaint about my xperia z1 which imei no.is and my ticket id no. is 14121301716.my handset has been changed 3 times and all the 3 times i have get the repaired handset and the problem is coming .and the service center(ALIGARH (U.P.)) is not giving me standby handset. Plz hear my problem as soon as possible.and i want a fresh handset as soon as possible.
