I see what you are saying. You cannot update any of those, they are core parts of the system and allow things to work, you cannot just update them like other apps. Only Sony may update them if required (unlikely). As for why an older device has newer versions-I don't know, but it doesn't matter. It doesn't necessarily mean that the Xperia Go had better functionality in the apps you posted, this is just minor differences that allow the device to work.
Edit: As for you not being able to see some doesn't mean that the phone is disadvantaged, it could be down to differences in features and the firmware in general, for example as Sony provide newer phones with more updated firmware they may get rid of redundant parts of the firmware that are no longer required, or they integrate parts together to make the firmware lighter.
