user profile not mine

I have just gone on my user profiles as I noticed a little blue symbol in the corner and the profile that it says is me has a different phone number attached to it. No idea who this number is but it doesn't connect when I try to call it. Does anyone else have this issue or know how I can fix it

I've got the exact same problem since the upgrade to 5.1.1.
It seems that the mobile number defining the user is the international version of my number: +33 6 etc. (I'm in France). Maybe that's why it doesn't match?

How do you create a new admin user? I can't create anything else than à simple user.
