USB OTG Work only When USB Debugging is On

My USB OTG worked correctly. But Now it works only when USB debugging is turend on. What Should I do Now

Have you done anything with your phone for this to happen, for example updated the software to a new version?

No I did nothing. I Updated Lollipop 14.5.A.0.270 via OTA about a month ago. after the update OTG worked greatly. but now when i connect a flash drive nothing happens. when turning the debugging on a notification come telling usb device connected. Only when debuggiing is on
