USB Charging

Im using Sony Xperia T. That's doing fine. I need to confirm where i used to charge my mobile via USB connected with my laptop, would be harm my mobile phone's battery performance/life? Which method is a good way to charge my phone? USB or Using the phone's charger?

its not going to damage your phone but it will take a LOT longer, charging through a computer that is.
