Urgent Help Please. Keep getting POWER OFF icon when factory resetting xperia z
When factory resetting, I get this big grey box with POWER OFF appearing on screen. Is this normal please.

Just wondered as I had previously flash the firmware and thought if this is something left from the flashing. Has anyone who has factory reset thier xperia z had this apper on screen ?
