Updated my android and made factory reset

First I updated my android from 2.4 to 4.1.2 and now I can't see some of the images (just some icon like broken image) and even when I connected the phone to my computer they didn't appear...
Then I made factory reset and I tried to use the internet from my mobile provider, I turn it on but it says that there is no internet connection.
Please help me I really need to have that images, and effectors the 3G is most useful

Try this

settings > apps > all > album > clear evrything > restart your phone

Don't forget the Kudos
