Recently I sent my phone in for repair to fix the digitiser - when eventually fixed after having to replace damaged camera and cracked screen that was caused in the process, it worked for a few days until I tried to unsuccessfully download the latest update - 18.3.1.C.1.15 - now, when I press the power button, it vibrates and lights up to the 'sony' screen, then shuts down, and does this repeatedly, which means I have to force the phone off. I have tried holding the power button and volume button at the same time but this only switches the phone off after vibrating three times. Is the problem to do with damage done during the repair or the software in the unsuccessful update?
What if you reinstall the latest update with PCC
Bridge (for Mac)
Alternatives on How to backup Xperias
Everytime I switch the phone on it turns itself off then back on then off etc - any connection to a laptop or PC install anything is impossible
Turn off the phone > charge it > run PCC > support Zone > repair > follow the steps, the phone MUST remain OFF
Will that work with sony bridge for mac?
