Kitkat has ruined my z1!camera overheats and I get a black screen with a message saying camera unavailable.
The phone is laggy and apps iv closed pop up after iv pressed the home key.
Iv performed a software repair and was advised via email that my phone needs to be sent to you.
Not good enough as I know most people are experiencing this issue.
Iv also emailed BBC watchdog over your claims of world's best camera as clearly this is misleading due to the fact that lowlight pictures are grainy and very poor quality.I would advise other users to do the same.
I appalled by Sony and the lack of customer care
