unexpected problem in wt19i

my wt19i has been switched off unexpectedly....... next time when I tried to switch it on, it does not work......... I tried removing the SIM card, memory card, and the battery but was of no use!!!!!!! I tried to charge the phone when switched off but it does not show the battery level or even the  'SONY ERICSSON ' logo............

Please HELP!!!!!!

Download sony update service.Keep your phone connected to wall charger for 1 hour,repair.

I did as you have said but my computer isn't reading the wt19i, when I checked with a xperia tipo it works perfectly.................. I dont know what has happened.................. when plugged in to the wall charger it does not show the SONY ERICSSON logo or the battery level............ is there any other solution??????

You need to visit a sony service,it may be hardware fault.
