Unblock Sony Xperia J

Hello, 

I had a Sony Xperia J and 02 unblocked it for me as i am currently studying in Spain. The handset broke and they were unable to repair it in their repair centre so replaced the handset although I am having problems getting this handset unlocked because they have mixed up IMEI numbers. They told me to contact Sony to see if there is anything you can do.
