Unable to stop download process

Hi,

I am unable to stop the downloading process of "Offline speech recognition data" .Whether I'm connected to internet or not, it always shows. For the last 2 days it's going on & draining battery power. Please help.

Try clearing data for the download app.

Settings > App's > All > Downloads > Clear data.

If it still appears try clearing data for Google Play also.
