trouble with xperia l

Dear Support people,

I have problem from time to time when my mobile tells me that the sd-card is removed without expectation. At the moment i didnot remove the sd-card but the warning appears and all data depending on the card is not anymore avalaible. I must close the phone and open again and give settings that it works again in the way i need. I need to know why the sd-card removes independantly and how to solve the problem? Thank for help!
