Touch Issue Related To SONY XPERIA J

I got my new Sony xperia J in January..I got a update of 4.1 Jelly Bean and i updated it.
but since last week i got a problem.The touch screen is not working.
Its like the phone is totally dead. The buttons on it are working properly but i cannot access the touch.
I would like to request you to please help me because I got that phone with my own pocket money and i dont want to lose it..

I am sorry to hear about this, however have you tried to run a repair since having this problem?

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
4.     Click repair phone.
5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.

Sony don't really know what happens. They just give us the possibility to return to the companie Settings with all Apps and savings get lost!!!
