Touch does not work, phone restarts when mobile data is On

My xperia c3 touch is not working and sometimes it restarts automatically when I turned on mobile data but works perfectly fine when I use wifi pls help!

Could be a faulty SIM card however you could try a system repair to see if the issue gets resolved

Do you mean that there are no reaction at all when you touch the screen? Is the phone restarting directly when you turn on Mobile data or are you doing something special when this behaviour appear?

Yes, sometimes restart directly but now I have to press the power button and volume up to restart because the touch is not responding at all
