tap to wake up & alarm volume problem

The tap to wake function doesn't work on the whole screen but only the upper part of the screen

Alarn volume is so weak

Anyone have tgis problem too?

Tap to wake sometimes not working.
Not sure what cause this problem.

It can be work on whole screen.

Turn on smart backlight control, look at the screen, and double tap the screen.

It work on my device
