I have been using my Xperia T3 for 5-6 months now. While I was charging the phone it reached a certain percentage and didn't charge anymore. I tried using a different charger, but that didn't work either. After the phone discharged it turned off. It still isn't charging. Please help.
There was an error message saying that it wasn't getting enough power.
If you have tried different chargers then I'm sorry to say but you would need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and have your device inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
I'm from Sri Lanka. My country is not in the contact us list. I returned the device to the dealer. It's been two weeks. They say that I won't be able to claim the warranty of the phone due to a small crack of the back plastic panel on the lower left corner. The phone was never severely damaged. The phone is a little more that 5 months old.
Please help
I'm from Sri Lanka. I posted earlier about a charging problem. I returned the phone to the retailer. It's been 3 weeks now. Their customer service is horrible and they seem to be struggling with the problem. What should I do? Sri Lanka isn't listed under the contact list. Please help. I don't think we have a proper Sony agent in our country.
Hey people I hope you'll be able to help me.
I've got my phone 6 months ago and today he' been going on my nerve. He isn't charging anymore since this morning. The red led light is there but sometimes it disappear, like my phone is not connect. When I try to turn it on with power + volume, it just show me my empty battery and it disappear again, impossible to turn it on.
Can someone help me and tell me what's wrong with it ?
Thanks you.
