T2 ultra Hang

My T2 ultra just got hanged while typing a message,,it is stuck on the same screen since more than an hour, none of the screen buttons or the restart button are working,,it is ringing while incoming calls but the screen is the same where it hanged,,,could not open it & remove the battery to get it restarted..please advice how this can be fixed

There is a reset button inside sd card container or sim card slot. use needles or anything sharp to tick it, It will force your phone to shut down. I never tried it. I remember when i bought this phone, dealer told me about it and showed that reset button.

My t2 ultra dual got hanged while downloading a video from chrome. I just got my phone formatted. The screen is freezed and its black. Power button ain't working. Please advice how this can be fixed

Since i have upgraded to lollipop phone getting constantly hanged....gets heated up too.OS eats up too much RAM

Hi sid I also habe the same problem especially I am ardent lover of games but of the hang problem which is caused by the RAM.It cannot be solved without rooting ,it can be solved by rooting the device or if u fell it uncomfortable we should only wait for the future software updates...

I am also facing a very serious problem, frequently apps not repsond and the phone will get hanged for 2-3 mins... and very serious problem, while i was calling to some person, i can't able to see the calling screen for 10-20 secs... some times if i wrong dial a number, then i dont have option to disconnect the call.... thats too ridiculous... even when i receive a call form some one, first i can hear the ring and the screen will be blank for 10-15 secs... after 10-15 secs i can able to see the caller name and answer it. very very bad experience,,,, God!!! why did i choose this blooddy hand set... And its too bad for SONY why Lolipop for 1 GB ram mobiles....

same thing happend to t2 ultra after updating it to lollipop just take ur sim card out get a thin pin and there is a little button press that and it will automatically restrat it without any problem
