Startup error

I just installed a font which cost me the phone...It just try ti start shows me SONY logo then shows XPERIA logo then when it comes to the animation it again jumps to SONY logo and repeats again to the animation...PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME I CONNECT IT TO PC IT SAYS MTP DRIVER NOT RECONIZED..I NEED TO FACTORY RESET THIS PHONE BUT NEITHER I CAN OPEN IT AND RUN IT ON PC....PLEASE HELP

Run PCC > support Zone > follow all the steps > turn off the phone > then connect the phone when you are prompt, the phone should remain OFF

Here are some instructions step by step, again as Uliwooly has advised the phone must be off during this whole process.

Here's how to run the repair on PC Companion:

1. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
2. Phone Software Update.
3. Start.
4. Repair Phone
5. Continue
6. Accept data removal
7. Next
8. Wait for prepare
9. Select Phone
10. Follow the connection steps

Thanks for the replies but when I connect it it doesn't connect..It says Not reconized MTP driver thats the reason which I cannot reset it with PCC..PLEASE HELP WITH MTP DRIVER

uninstall PCC > reinstall PCC > restart your PC > disable any firewall and / or antivirus > run PCC 

connect the phone > wait > your computer should download the driver.

Try the rest button under sim flap then whilst powered off hold vol down and connect to PC via USB it should install the required driver
