SP Won't Turn on After Update Fail

Ok I have searched the forum about this issue already and the suggested ways to fix the problem haven't worked for me.

I was updating my XP on Sony PC Companion with 90% charged battery. Basically the PCC froze during the update and now my phone wont respond. I've tried charging it, using SUS, pressing down volume/power and nothing has worked. It just vibrates once then the sony sign appears then dissapears. When it's plugged into the computer it lights up green.

I have had this happen before, and I fixed it, but alas I cannot remember what I did.

Could anyone please help me?
