Sound on xperia miro

Hey guys ! I'm having serious trouble with my xperia miro. In fact I can't hear anything coming out of the phone(music/video sounds/ringtons...) so practically I can't do anything that includes hearing sounds. Please help me out.

Try to restart your phone and remove the battery for a while. If the problem persists, try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > Press the blue link 'repair phone'.
