Sony Xperia Z3 Compact D5833 Battery Issues - Cell standby

I recently purchased the Z3C 3 weeks ago online and got it imported from Hong Kong (with warranty of course). The main culprit is cell standby which is taking up 31%. (Yes, there are many threads about this although it would be easier if I made a new one to my specific situation) During the day while I'm at work I only send a few texts, check my emails and check the time and it drops about 10-15%. I'm always very battery conscious since I've had many battery issues with phones in the past. I always have stamina mode on, brightness 30% or less, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, location, NFC, auto-synced data and LTE off and it only lasts me about 4-5 hours of screen time. I am really concerned as the battery is the main reason I purchased this phone plus I've seen many reviews and it says the battery is very good. I would appreciate heaps if anyone could help, thanks.

Can you tell exactly the issue? Is there a battery drain in standby?

The issue is that my battery drains so fast and i dont know exactly what drains it that fast, it hardly lasts a day contrary to what the company was saying that battery would lasts for 2 days..
