Sony xperia Z3 compact - change the GPS module

Hello,

is it possible in general to change the GPS module or is it a fix part of the motherboard? I think the antenna is damaged cause I have only sometimes a signal but very seldom. I have android 5.02 and I know that there could be a bug I want to give it a try.

The link is for a Z3 not the Z3 compact. I'm struggling to find any info on the location of the GPS module or antenna. Anyone got that info?

Hardware might be broke, but try a program in the app store "GPS fix" and run the tool to see if it can help.
