sony Xperia z1 weak Sim card signal

My mobile z1 is new and I do software update directly before insert the Sim card.
Now I suffer from the weak Sim card signal and when go to maintainance they inform me to wait for the new software update because it is s common problem with lollipop one
Can any one help me please!?!?

Hi,

Have you tried different network modes via Settings > More > Mobile networks > Network type? You could try GSM only and 3G (preferred)/GSM, to see if it's related to any specfic network. If you have the possibility you could also try your SIM-card in another phone (at the same location) to see if the signal is weak.

I tried it in Samsung note and signal is full
