I have the same issue but sometimes it vibrates too.

Necromancer, what did you do to fix it? I have the same problem.

@Prncss I just adjusted the vibrating intensity to maximum under Language & Input > Xperia Keyboard > Sound and Vibrate. I tried to put lower intensity and always get a squeaky vibrationg motor noise so i had to put th intensity to the maximum. Please go ahead and give it a try.
